2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the agt88 Platform. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a request may result in account suspension.

4.5 Source of Funds. By depositing, you confirm that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of illegal activity. agt88 complies with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards and reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for any deposit.
4.6 Failed or Disputed Transactions. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed directly with your bank without first contacting agt88 support may result in account suspension pending investigation.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes offered by agt88 are subject to these general terms in addition to any specific conditions published alongside the individual promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement before they — or winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the stated period results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the agt88 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the sport, league, and market selected. agt88 reserves the right to void or suspend bets on any market at its sole discretion in the event of manifest errors, corrupted data feeds, or integrity concerns.
6.2 Manifest Errors. In the event that agt88 publishes clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, agt88 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds and to refund the original stake. 10.4 agt88 is not liable for losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or pandemic-related disruptions.
11.1 Termination by Member. You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC requirements have been satisfied.
11.2 Termination by agt88. agt88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of: suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC, chargebacks, underage gambling, or extended inactivity exceeding 12 months.

13.1 agt88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, agt88 will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
13.3 The version of these Terms and Conditions bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date at the top of this page supersedes all prior versions.
